Redraw Milling Services
At H & H Tube, our redraw mill is capable of processing custom copper and brass alloys with an outer diameter between 0.125” and 3.25”. As an ISO 9001:2015 certified supplier of precision tubing products, we are able to provide premium quality tubing with round, elliptical, square, hexagonal, D-shape, or other custom cross sections.
When stock tubing is initially produced, it is typically only available in a limited range of diameters and does not meet the dimensional requirements for precision applications. During the redrawing process, the inner diameter, outer diameter, or wall of the stock tubing can be modified to fit a specific application, while meeting tight tolerances. Redrawing processes are performed at high speeds, reducing overall costs and allowing us to efficiently manufacture a wide range of production volumes.
The combination of an in-house redraw mill and comprehensive tube fabrication facility sets us apart from other tubing manufacturers. Custom lengths and tempers are services H & H specializes in, supported with several custom high production saws and roller hearth furnaces. Our customers are very diverse, spanning the musical instrument, medical, automotive, and HVAC industries, but all have a common need for custom products that are produced from premium quality formed tubing. Typical lead times average approximately 3 weeks, with expedited service and JIT shipping services available to best serve customers’ needs.
