Our facility houses advanced and accurate machinery that encompasses everything from simple tube benders to CNC tube bending equipment. Our CNC equipment can create complex, multi-radius tubular products with maximum consistency and quality. We can bend tubes that vary from 0.157" to 0.984" in diameter, and with maximum wall thicknesses of 0.080". This bending process can be used for highly detailed work, including intricate parts with multiple bends, as well as tubes that have been pre-assembled with fittings or endforms. Our tube bending services have been used for musical instrument components, electrical connectors, spouts, faucet plumbing tubes, and many others. Besides covering the plumbing, musical instrument, and electrical industries, we also provide tube bending for PEX and automotive clients.
