The company originally found its niche in redrawing brass and copper tubular products for industrial manufacturing and distribution. Building upon this success, H & H soon began fabricating brass and copper tubular products for the automotive industry. Today, the company's capabilities, products and alloy offerings have expanded tremendously. From standard straight lengths to refrigeration coils to tight tolerance cutting to hydroforming, H & H can manufacture your specific part. H & H currently supplies material to a wide range of industries including; plumbing spouts / components, PEX crimp rings, stub ells and manifolds, medical instruments, musical instrument components, automotive parts, condenser tube for heat exchangers, baseboard heaters, HVAC systems, electrical connectors, climate control, cut-to-length tube, bent tube and the screw machine industry. H & H's manufacturing niche is two fold: REDRAW H & H can redraw tubing for customers that require special tubing sizes or specific tempers for their application. At H & H, there is no standard tube size as all tubing is custom drawn to meet the customers exact specifications. FABRICATION What puts H & H's fabrication capabilities in a unique position is having its own redraw mill supplying its fabrication operations. This provides the distinct advantage of having full control over the physical properties of the tube achieving exact material specifications necessary for further fabrication processes; resulting in an end product that meets customer specifications. Some of the fabrication capabilities include hydroforming, endforming, bending, cutting and spinning. So whether your needs are tubing or a fabricated product, H & H is your one stop source. (CBSA) for their Tube Mill of the Year Award (5 years in a row). H & H tube was also the first supplier to receive the prestigious Q1 Award for Quality from Ford Motor Company in the Climate Control Division in 1981. Our specialized engineering team for musical instrument products also received an innovation award for their development of cost-effective complex fabricated tubular components.
